Mike is the President and Founder of Construction Staffing Professionals, LLC (CSP) — an agency dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations through customized staffing solutions and marketing strategies that accelerate growth.
A proud graduate of St. Anselm College, Mike launched his staffing career in 1995 and quickly established himself as a trusted expert in the field. Known for his ability to connect top-tier talent with leading construction companies, he became a go-to resource for organizations seeking to scale and individuals striving to advance their careers.
With deep industry expertise and a strong commitment to both clients and candidates, Mike is a trusted leader in construction staffing.
After years of coaching and earning the lasting nickname "Coach Mike," he now enjoys spending his time on the sidelines, cheering on both of his kids with his son at St. John’s Prep and his daughter at Newburyport High School.
Kristine Enes - Vice President & CMO
Kristine is Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer at Construction Staffing Professionals, LLC (CSP). With over 20 years of experience in the high-tech sector, she brings a unique ability to connect insights across industries.
Before co-founding CSP, Kristine served as Senior Global Partner Marketing Leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she led the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drove global business growth.
Prior to AWS, Kristine spent 18 years at IBM, specializing in sales and channel marketing. Over nearly two decades, she led strategic initiatives focused on partner enablement & recruitment, demand generation, and go-to-market alignment across global markets.
Kristine's expertise lies in crafting and executing strategies that align business objectives with market opportunities, fostering sustainable growth and innovation.
Passionate about volunteerism and giving back to her community, Kristine currently serves as President of the Newburyport Education Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to generating financial resources and fostering community involvement to enhance education within the Newburyport Public Schools.
